Tattoo artist who designed Mike Tyson's face ink launches legal fight with Hangover 2 bosses

A fight has broken out over Mike Tyson's trademark tattoo. The Missouri artist who created the former heavyweight champion's ink is suing Warner Brothers claiming the studio copied his work without permission for use in the The Hangover Part II. Tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill filed the copyright infringement lawsuit yesterday in Missouri Eastern District Court. Whitmill's complaint stems from a scene in the trailer for The Hangover Part II, which shows actor Ed Helms with a tattoo similar to Tyson's after a night of revelry. Read More...
