The Invisible Maniac (1990)

Slightly mad scientist invents a special fluids that can make a person invisible. Colleagues raised his theories on laughter, and then enraged professor kills several of them and sent to a psychiatric clinic. Once free, he finds a job as a school teacher of physics, but the parallel is continuing his research.
