The genetically-blessed pair was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at L.A.'s Urth Cafe after attending the Australian in Film's 2011 Breakthrough Awards together Wednesday night.
Palmer, 25, who was previously linked to fellow actors Zac Efron and Russell Brand, was seen kissing and putting her arms around her new man, 35, while waiting in line at the eatery.
Romance rumors between the two first sparked after they were seen cozying up to each other at the Coachella Music Festival in April.
"Teresa and Scott have been dating a few months but have been keeping it really quiet," a source told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
The Australian actress has garnered fame for her roles in "I Am Number Four" and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," while her new beau is best known for the TV drama "Felicity" and the "Underworld" films.
