Topless 'sexpresso' bars take Washington by storm...but put locals in a bit of a froth

A boom in topless coffee bars is causing quite a stir in one Washington County. The so called 'sexpresso' bars - where baristas wear nothing but panties and pasties - have proved so popular in Port Orchard that five have opened up in the last year. But the titillating service is getting some residents in a quite froth, with county government considering banning anyone under 18 from using the stands.
