Paris Hilton is PISSED at ABC and correspondent Dan Harris for airing the Good Morning America interview that Paris walked off in disgust, sources say.
The 30-year-old reality TV star up and left with the cameras rolling after Harris deviated from the agreed-upon (and very serious) topic of stalking.
Hilton's camp says she invited GMA and its crew to talk about her stalker, James Rainford, and the recent, scary string of celebrity stalkings overall.
Harris began with stalking questions but then began asking about Kim Kardashian and Paris' declining relevance. Watch the GMA interview below:
"Do you worry that certain people following in your footsteps like Kim Kardashian are overshadowing you?" Harris asked a visibly thrown-off Paris.
"No, not at all," Hilton said. "Do you worry about your moment having passed?" Harris pressed, at which point Hilton audibly scoffed and peaced.
A source says that set Hilton off because just moments prior, Harris had gone on and on about Paris' $1 billion fragrance and merchandise empire.
Paris, to her credit, talked about how she feels strongly about making money so she's self-sufficient. Consequently, she feels used by GMA.
Hilton resumed the interview only after ABC told her they were cutting out the part where she walked away, but (obviously) they did not. T
Paris also feels Harris hammered her for his own publicity.
