U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow said she doesn't support cuts to Medicare or Social Security as part of the debt ceiling deal, something Republicans have pushed hard for and President Obama is open to.
"I don't believe in giving Social Security to Wall Street and Medicare to for-profit insurance companies," Stabenow said after a green energy press conference this week in Lansing.
