Ah, summer days at the
public swimming pool: No running, swim at your own risk and of course, no diving.
Darren Taylor clearly doesn't remember that rule: The
Denver resident recently broke the "certified
shallow diving record," aka, the "hurling oneself from a very great height into a pool with very little water" record.
Professor Splash, as Taylor likes to call himself, set a new world record by jumping 36.3
feet into a rubber wading pool less than 12 inches deep. (Yes, that's INCHES, not FEET.)
Oh, he's also available for parties and events, so book now -- kiddie pool included
