'Say What?' Ashanti poised for comeback?

Ashanti has been under the radar for quite some time now.  But it appears that the former 'Princess of Hip-Hop & R&B' is poised to make a comeback!?  SAY WHAT????  Really?  Yes really.  Ashanti recently released a new promo pic plotting her 'return'.

 

SAY WHAT??!!!! Stop it already! Ashanti was hot commodity years ago, but is she still relevant enough to make a comeback?

Times have changed.. music has changed. Divas that were, are no longer. New 'PSUEDO-DIVAS have risen to take the places of those left vacant. But if she can pull it off, HATS OFF TO HER!  If not, she, AMERIIE and MYA better form a trio or something and start touring doing cover songs!

Damn! that was harsh.

Rewind! What label is she on these days?  Is she still with THE INC?  

I hope she got some A-list producers willing to give her some decent tracks and songs.

Otherwise, this 'COMEBACK' is D.O.A.

Are Nelly & Ashanti still an item or not?

With power couples like Beyonce & Jay-Z on the forefront of pop culture right now, you would think letting the world know about your relationship status would be a good thing?  Right?  Well maybe not for all.  Some celebs tend to want to hide their love life from the public in order to save the relationship.  The media and fans alike and pressures from the respective careers of the participants involved can sometimes put undue strain on the interaction.

In the case of Nelly & Ashanti.  Nelly is Grammy-Award winning Hip-Hop star and businessman, and Ashanti is a famous pop star and actress.  The two have been rumored to be on again off again  couple, but neither one seems to want to substantiate any of these claims.  Just Recently 'Access Hollywood' caught up with the two separately and posed the question of who is that 'special person' in their lives, and the two had rather interesting responses.  Take a look.
