Who are we kidding? Of course he wouldn't! Nor, like most global warming alarmists, will he reduce his carbon-intense lifestyle one single bit. Cutting back you see is for the little people. When those at the top are called on their hypocrisy, this is what get - a bewildered look kind of like a deer in headlights, but with less cognition:

The 'New Civility' (Cont'd): HBO ‘Real Time’ Guests Discuss Having Violent Hate Sex With Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum
In the old days, opining how you want to have violent sex with women was called sexism and misogyny. Those days are over. Nowadays, you can do exactly that, at least if you are a liberal and the object of your misogyny is a conservative. Via BreitbartTV, a clip that is NSFW (language warning):
How do even the trained seals in Bill Maher's audience laugh and clap to that? Do they not know what they are hearing? Or is it really funny to them? And how is it that liberals insist that conservatives are full of hate? What the heck is the above clip if not hate of the most vile variety? Any prominent conservative shows say any such thing? How about this for more heated rhetoric from the left:

And how is it that liberals insist that conservatives are full of hate? What the heck is the above clip if not hate of the most vile variety? Any prominent conservative shows say any such thing? How about this for more heated rhetoric from the left:
■ Conservatives Want to Kill Barack Obama: “I really think there are conservative broadcasters in this country who would love to see Obama taken out.” (Ed Schultz)It is the height of journalistic hypocrisy to perceive implied threats in conservative speech, while simultaneously ignoring explicit hateful, eliminationist rhetoric from the left.
Mike Malloy: The face of true hate
■ Conservatives Are Terrorists: “Do you not understand that the people you hold up as heroes bombed your goddamn country? Do you not understand that Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly are as complicit of the September 11, 2001 terror attack as any one of the dumbass 15 who came from Saudi Arabia?” (Mike Malloy)
■ Conservatives Want You to Die: “If, in fact, the GOP doesn’t like any form of health careuninsured?…When they show up in the emergency room, just shoot ‘em! Kill them!…Do we have enough body bags? I don’t know.” (Montel Williams)
■ Conservative Congresswoman Would Have Liked the Holocaust: “[Representative Michele Bachmann is] a hatemonger. She’s the type of person that would have gladly rounded up the Jews in Germany and shipped them off to death camps….This is an evil bitch from Hell.” (Mike Malloy)
■ Dick Cheney Eats Babies: “Cheney, by the way, looks very ruddy. I couldn’t get over that. Like, he must have feasted on a Jewish baby, or a Muslim baby. He must have sent his people out to get one and bring it back so he could drink its blood.” (Mike Malloy)
■ Dick Cheney Should Die: “He is an enemy of the country, in my opinion. Dick Cheney is an enemy of the country….Lord, take him to the Promised Land, will you? See, I don’t even wish the guy goes to Hell, I just want to get him the hell out of here.” (Ed Schultz)
■ Rush Limbaugh Should Die: “I’m waiting for the day when I pick up the newspaper or click on the Internet and find that he’s choked to death on his own throat fat, or a great big wad of saliva or something, whatever. Go away, Limbaugh, you make me sick.” (Mike Malloy)
■ Michele Bachmann Should Die: “So, Michele, slit your wrist! Go ahead! I mean, you know, why not? I mean, if you want to — or, you know, do us all a better thing. Move that knife up about two feet. I mean, start right at the collarbone.” (Montel Williams)

The 'New Civility' (Cont'd): Bill Maher Guest Dan Savage: ‘I Wish [Republicans] Were All F–king Dead’
In case liberals EVER again insist that violent rhetoric from the right is causing gun violence, store this clip for future use (the money quote comes at the 1:46 mark):
From the caption:
UPDATE: Via Instapundit:
Where are these liberals today? (she spelled Glenn Beck wrong too)
From the caption:
This is the same man who claimed to lick the doorknobs of Gary Bauer's campaign offices in 2000 so that the staff could catch his flu.Nice.
UPDATE: Via Instapundit:
DAN SAVAGE RETRACTS HIS WISH THAT ALL REPUBLICANS WOULD DIE. Well, he should — without them, who would pay for all those government programs he likes?UPDATE #2: Remember this after the Giffords shooting?
Of course, given his past efforts at waging germ warfare against Republicans, his sincerity here may be doubted . . . .

The 'New Civility' (Cont'd): Bill Maher Hopes Palin and Bachmann ‘Split the MILF Vote’
Can you imagine a conservative getting away with saying this about a female liberal?:
"At least she's somebody who can read. You know, she has a job. She was a lawyer. She’s in Congress. She's not someone who just sits there and reads the prayers on her Blackberry like Sarah Palin."Well, Maher said just that and more:

Bill Maher: Casey Anthony Verdict Just Like Voting Republican Or Something
The quote:
The above episode is no surprise from the guy that ended up #3 on the "most obnoxious Hollywood lefties" list a while back (and should have moved to take the #1 spot by now) with this description:
“If you can look at a crime where everything points to one answer and not see it, you’re a dumbass. And if you can look at the deficit and not see that the problem is that the rich stopped paying taxes, you’re a Republican.”The video:
Has essentially the same gig as Jon Liebowitz (aka - Jon Stewart), sit in front of an audience of trained liberal seals and spout the smug homilies that make them clap. But his obnoxiousness is orders of magnitude higher: Maher makes no secret of his hatred for people of faith, says Americans are “too dumb to be governed,” and has wished for Rush Limbaugh to die of a drug overdose. He calls American troops rapists, but called the 9-11 hijackers brave. He proves my theory that the biggest douchebags in the world are those who sneer that they don’t need religion to tell them how to be moral people.Just par for the course.

Classless: Bill Maher Attacks Bristol Palin: ‘The S–t Doesn’t Fall Far From The Bat’
Via BreitbartTV, another attack on the children of conservative politicians:
Funny how the children of Democrats get the media blackout treatment, no? Conservatives don't get that kind of kindness. Sarah Palin sure didn't. Nor did her kids of whom Bristol was ambushed, Willow was equated to hookers, and even little Piper was recently attacked in the press. And how about all the stories of how Trig should have been aborted? Nice to be a Democrat so that the wolves leave your children alone, no?In fact, Michelle Obama said as much: "Fortunately, We Have Help From The Media". (click on pic for vid)

CNN reporter: "How's the family ready for this [the election]? It's going to be quite vicious, isn't it? How do you prepare for that?"
First Lady Michelle Obama: "You know, it's … we're ready, you know. Our children, you know, could care less about what we're doing. We work hard to do that. Fortunately, we have help from the media. I have to say this: I'm very grateful for the support and kindness that we've gotten. People have respected their privacy and in that way, I think, you know, no matter what people may feel about my husband's policies or what have you, they care about children and that's been good to see."
