The long and dramatic road to Charlie Sheen's official exit from "Two and a Half Men" is almost at hand. And apparently the CBS series will dispatch his character in the Sept. 19 premiere, kicking off Season 9 with his funeral.

Deadline and TMZ report that Charlie Harper is dead and that the two-part premiere will include a funeral populated by the playboy's many past girlfriends.

After he's in the ground -- or maybe a cremation is more convenient, since you know it won't be an open casket -- Alan (Jon Cryer) and Jake (Angus T. Jones) will put their shared home on the market.

A parade of celebrities and stars from other Chuck Lorre series (namely "Mike & Molly" and "Big Bang Theory") will stop by as prospective buyers, as will new star Ashton Kutcher.

Kutcher's yet-to-be-named character is pretty much destined to buy the house, but we can't imagine it won't go down without some sort of cohabitation coming into play.

John has been a highly successful model who is making a big splash in the movies with a major role in the upcoming film Battleship and is currently filmingThe Dark Knight Rises, the latest film in the Batman franchise starring Christian Bale and directed by Christopher Nolan.

You may not know it, but the Southern California native was in The Social Network last year as twin Tyler Winklevoss. Well actually, he was used as a body double in the film whenever a shot required that the Winklevoss twins – both played by Armie Hammer – be near each other. Hammer’s face was super-imposed on Pence’s body in post-production.

The 29-year-old graduated from Santa Monica High School then moved to Hanover, New Hampshire to study at Dartmouth College. Graduating from Dartmouth in 2004, he moved to New York City to study acting and he modeled for many of the industry’s top fashion houses such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and others such as Abercrombie and Fitch.

Miley Cyrus Gets Inked In Support of Gay Marriage

Miley Cyrus has taken a rather permanent stand in favor of gay marriage, by inking an equal sign onto her finger.

“ALL LOVE is equal,” Miley Tweeted on Friday, along with a picture of her new tattoo.

The bold statement from the 18-year-old former Disney darling quickly caused a flurry of fan responses (not all of which were favorable), prompting Miley to fire back.

“Where does it say in the bible to judge others?” she Tweeted to one of her followers. “Oh right. It doesn’t. GOD is the only judge honey. ‘GOD is love.’”

This is not the first time the “Party in the USA” singer has voiced her support for LGBT rights.

After Casey Anthony was found not guilty on murder charges, Miley Tweeted, “You know the world is skewed when people get away with murdering children but we cant get gay marriage legalized in the state of California.”

The new tattoo joins Miley’s various other body art, including a heart on her little finger, anchor on her wrist, dreamcatcher on her ribcage, and the words “Just Breathe” on the left side of her chest (in honor of a friend who died of cystic fibrosis).

The New York Times reports that a new play about the legal battles over California’s Proposition 8 will be performed in several staged readings on Broadway in September.

Written by Oscar-winning Milkscreenwriter Dustin Lance Black, the play, titled simply 8, consists largely of dialogue from transcripts of the 2010 trial that ended with a judge overturning Proposition 8. After its Broadway debut,8 is set to be performed at several college campuses around the country.

According to the Times, Black said he became determined to write the play after the United States Supreme Court blocked the trial judge’s plan to broadcast the hearings over the Internet.

“One of my hopes about the trial was to get the opposition in court, hands raised swearing to tell the truth, and have the world see the opposition called to account for going on TV saying gay people harm children, harm families,” Mr. Black said. “Since the trial itself wasn’t heard or seen, I wanted to get that story out another way.”

Well....the jet itself cost $35 Million, but Mr. Boy spent an additional $20M pimping the jet out with "...12 custom Italian leather seats, flat screen TVs, 4 liquor bars, a special travertine tiled floor, and Brazilian hardwood cabinets."  He's also installing a luxury bathroom and getting a custom paint job with his logo on it. 

And in case you thought that was over the top, he's also spending $300K on a big birthday party in Miami tonight. 

Hmmm.....it''s his money and he can do whatever he wants.  I just wonder will we be revisiting these purchases in 2021 on VH1 "Behind The Music" wondering what the hell he was thinking...while we trace where all the money was spent.

Also in the news....

Former All-Pro running back Larry Johnson is being sued by a man who claims Larry gave him a brutal beat down after a Miami party.  But before you take his side, the man reportedly told the cops "This n**ger is going down" while he was filing his report.

According to the civil lawsuit fild last week, John Phillip Graney says Larry Johnson punched and kicked him after a party in May.  And when Miami beach police responded, John told them,

"This n**ger is going down. He needs to learn a lesson, it's going to cost this prick."

John says he suffered cuts to his face and ear, 3 herniated discs and a torn rotator cuff.

When asked about the "N" word comments, his attorney said John does not recall making those comments.  Of course not.

Larry Johnson, who has a history of angry lash outs, has responded through his lawyer saying this is an extortion attempt to get money from him.

30 Rock star Tracy Morgan has done it again.

Fresh off the back of his controversial jokes about the handicapped and remarks about the gay community, now he is going after New Jersey.

The star was overheard saying that he thinks the Garden State is like the 'Third World'.

The actor and comedian has allegedly been taped in a heated exchange after he gatecrashed a barbecue on  the roof of a plush apartment complex in New York's Manhattan.

He was at a birthday party for Headquarters hostess Denise Real at Silver Towers when he went over to another party, allegedly to mingle with some ladies.

Mr Burshteyn said guests were shocked when Morgan continued: 'New Jersey, right across the river, is the Third World.'

According to the New York Post, when the lawyer rebutted him, Morgan allegedly ranted: 'Believe me, dude - I live in a very affluent neighbourhood right now and my house, one of them is $2 million, and there is some ghetto f*** going on there.'

Earlier, Morgan had told guests at the party he attended: 'I'm from the ghetto, and that ain't bad. I will never be disconnected from my roots. You disconnect the tree from the roots and what happens to the tree? It f***ing dies.'

After spending weeks last month apologising for homophobic remarks he made, he landed himself in hot water again by mocking the mentally disabled.

In a performance at a comedy club in New York, the 30 Rock Star compared 'young retarded males' to 'chimps', remarks which have already prompted anger from disability charities.

He made the comments just days after giving a grovelling press conference alongside Kevin Rogers, the disgruntled fan who first drew attention to his rant in Tennessee when he said he'd 'stab' his son if he 'acted gay'.

On the mentally disabled: 'Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids. Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps.'

On New Jersey: 'New Jersey, right across the river, is the Third World.'

On homosexuals: Gay was something kids learn from the media and programming, and that bullied kids should just bust some ass and beat those other little f***ers that bully them, not whine about it.

'If his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not [he mimicked a gay, high pitched voice] or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N-word.'

During the gig at the end of June, the 42-year-old comic warned his audience: 'Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids.

'Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps.'

Although he acknowledged the storm his homophobic remarks caused, Morgan showed no signs of censoring himself on his first return to the stage.

As well as saying he would 'stab' his son if he was gay, he also said that victims of homophobic bullying need to 'stop whining'.

His comments sparked a furious backlash from the gay community and others. 

Tina Fey also issued a statement saying she was disturbed by his comments and that they did no reflect anyone else's views on 30 Rock.

Fey's comments were seconded by NBC Chairman Bob Greenblatt, who claimed the network has warned Morgan about the incident.

Morgan then embarked on an apology tour to make amends, visiting homeless gay teenagers.

It remains to be seen what the New Jersey community will make of his latest remarks and whether he will issue the same grovelling apologies.

Enrique Iglesias suffered an embarrassing concert cock-up — by telling fans he has a tiny willy.

The Spanish singer stunned gig-goers by going into excruciating details about his shortcomings in the trouser department.

Onlookers were left baffled by his odd behaviour at the gig in Melbourne, Australia, on Tuesday night — which also included an episode where he discussed losing his virginity.

During the bizarre 20-minute interlude he declared: "I have the smallest penis in the world. I'm serious."

He began the unexpected behaviour by inviting three men from the audience to join him on stage.

The foursome perched on a bench from where the conversation took an X-rated turn.

He quizzed his companions on the age they first had sex.

He initially claimed he was a virgin until 25 — preferring not to pay for prostitutes as he claimed his pals did.

He said: "I grew up with a lot of my friends and all of them lost their virginity with hookers, not that there's anything wrong with that.

"They had to pay for it. I wanted to wait for the right girl so I waited until I was 25."

But, within moments he changed his story and claimed he was in fact 17-and-a-half when he slept with his first woman, saying: "I was nervous as s*** the first time.

"Usually the first time is not the best. Let me be honest, I was 17-and-a-half, I was so nervous. It lasted ten seconds."

One of his companions then claimed he lasted ten minutes the first time. Iglesias replied: "Really? I don't even last eight minutes now."

The audience member said the singer's "good looks" would be great for getting ladies.

Iglesias then asked: "What does Spanish good looks have to do with the size of your penis? Maybe I have the Spanish looks but I have the smallest penis in the world. I'm serious."

The singer then asked his companions to lift their shirts so they could all compare chests.

During the bizarre chat the four knocked back shots of whisky.

Iglesias told the crowd that he was on antibiotics and should not have been mixing them with alcohol.

If the singer died of a drug and/or alcohol overdose, as is widely assumed, then naturally it was at her own hand.

But the story isn't as simple as that.

Couldn't someone have performed a stronger intervention along the way?

Just last week, Amy's father was busy promoting his own singing career in the press while also pushing the party line that Amy was getting a little better. Denial!

And now, the singer's mother is taking the opposite approach -- utter resignation -- telling a British newspaper that it was "only a matter of time" before she died.

Both tacks are wrong.

Though most jaundiced observers seemed to feel Amy was a headline waiting to happen, it didn't have to happen -- and certainly not this quickly.

Sure, Amy's rehab efforts didn't stick because of her own lack of resolve, but wouldn't some real love and support have helped her stay alive?

And how about the public?

Recently, the same people who were absolutely loving her music just a couple of years ago were sending me the video of Amy collapsing onstage in concert, as if it was the height of hilarity.

I didn't re-post it because I found it deeply sad. (Yes, even I drew the line.)

Would you laugh at a video of a great singer passing out onstage of a heart attack or cancer?

Anyway, Amy killed herself, but we all helped.
