TOO MUCH or NOT ENOUGH 'SEX' at this year's Billboard Music Awards?

SEX!=
CONTROVERSY!=
RATINGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

When is pushing the line better than just skating the line of public decency?  Was it just me, or did it seem as if the BMA's tried to serve up an EXTRA helping of 'sex on a platter' at this year's award set.  Creating this post, I couldn't help but hear George Michael's 'I want your sex' and Madonna's, 'Justify my love' in my head, but I digress.
Let's just take a look!

(Now that's some SUPER ASS, I mean SUPER-BASS right there!)

They look like little action figures.... One of these things is not like the others... PICK WHICH ONE needs to eat a few more bowls of TOTAL....LOL

Nice--but need a little more ASSets...

Not quite the same after Madonna, huh?--"Cheek, baby, you used to kiss Chris." -RiRi- "You kissed Kevin"

Smells like 'TEEN SPIRIT!'

"Come Get it! Jay-Z that is..."

(SLOB HER DOWN!)

(Dig in her 'gravel pit')

Whew, I need a cigarette now.
LOL.

So, too sexy, or just on the borders of decency?  Well like the old saying goes, 'sex sells'.. If you all else fails, you can always resort to that, right.  The performance were designed to shock, titillate and entertain.  I think they achieved just what they are going after.  But still, I am sure they received some calls from angry parents of children who were still awake watching this telecast.  In that instance, parents still can or should control what their children watches on television, if they are easily tempted, or offended by some of the images here.  Janet, trust me, that little nipple thing has nothing on Sunday night's titillating telecast.

THE END OF THE WORLD, according to BEYONCE! Album title REVEALED!!

Beyonce

Who better than the reigning queen of HIP-POP-R&B(yes I made up my OWN title for her), Beyonce to explain the END OF THE WORLD!  Well the end of the world is the theme of her highly-anticipated new video that is set to debut at 12:01 a.m. Friday.  Until now, Bey has been pretty tight-lipped about the project as well as the concept of the video, the album title or any real details which left her fans scrambling to make heads or tails of what direction the international star was going in.  Well Beyonce finally is breaking it all down for her fans. Knowles finally gives a name to her baby, a project she's been working on for quite some time. Are you ready? DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!......... '4'.

That's it, simply '4'.

Beyonce explains the symbolism behind the simple title.

"We all have special numbers in our lives, and 4 is that for me," she told Billboard. "It's the day I was born. My mother's birthday and a lot of my friends' birthdays are on the fourth; April 4 is my wedding date."

And If I am not mistaken, this is her 4th solo studio album, correct?  SO i guess it makes sense in a weird Beyonce-kinda way.

Beyonce also spoke about the new sound and the lead single for '4'.  Critics have been for and against the new sound Knowles has unveiled on 'Run the World (Girls)'.  Beyonce speaks on the new single as well:

Beyonce

"It's definitely riskier than something a bit more ... simple. I just heard the track and loved that it was so different. It felt a bit African, a bit electronic and futuristic. It reminded me of what I love, which is mixing different cultures and eras — things that typically don't go together — to create a new sound. I can never be safe; I always try and go against the grain. As soon as I accomplish one thing, I just set a higher goal," she said. "That's how I've gotten to where I am."

Months ago Knowles clued us in on the direction of her next project. She admitted she wanted to try a variety of different things.  A melding of different sound and genres.  At this stage in her career and with the level of success that she has achieved, the artist can definitely take risks with her art form.  At the end of the day, good music is just that.  And Beyonce's  loyal and devoted fan-base will follow her wherever she leads them in the name of MUSIC!

"I recorded more than 60 songs; everything I ever wanted to try, I just did it," she said. "I started off being inspired by [Afrobeat music pioneer] Fela Kuti. I actually worked with the band from 'Fela!' [the hit Broadway musical based on Kuti's life] for a couple of days, just to get the feel for the soul and heart of his music; it's so sexy and has a great groove you get lost in. I loved his drums, all the horns, how everything was on the one. What I learned most from Fela was artistic freedom: He just felt the spirit. Beyonce said.

"I also found a lot of inspiration in '90s R&B, Earth, Wind & Fire, DeBarge, Lionel Richie, Teena Marie. ... I listened to a lot of Jackson 5 and New Edition, but also Adele, Florence and the Machine and Prince," she continued. "Add in my hip-hop influences, and you can hear how broad it is. I also gave myself more freedom to really belt out some songs, and bring soul singing back. I used a lot of the brassiness and grittiness in my voice that people hear in my live performances, but not necessarily on my records."

So there you have it.  Beyonce explains it all and sets the record straight!  Now just wait with bated breath until the release of the apocalyptic-theme 'Run the World (Girls)' visual and be lead into a realm of fantasy and vivid imagery as only could be painted by Beyonce Knowles-Carter.

HURRY UP AND WAIT ON IT!

That's all......
