'TWIT PIC'n (Yo Nose): Celebrity PLANKING?

For the people that don't know or don't care to know what PLANKING is, this post is for you!

In case you were unfamiliar on the planking craze, the trend (which started in Japan) involves a person laying stiff, face down, on his or her stomach in an odd location -- the stranger the location, the better. Then, the photo of the person, laying like a plank in these various locations, is then posted online, to Facebook or Twitter.

The best 'planks' are when your body is perfectly flat, toes pointing downward, and your hands rigidly almost 'frozen' by your sides.  In some cases your head is facing down and I have seen some look straight forward.  I think there is no true etiquette to planking, you just have to be stiff and look like a board and the crazier the location the better!  Take a look at some of your favorite celebs take part in this new phenomena.

Chris Brown

Dax Shepard & Kristen Bell

Game

Slim Thug

Nick Cannon

Justin Bieber & Diggy Simmons

Gilbert Arenas- We'll give him a break for trying, but his plank is not correct.  His form is off.  He looks like he is about to fall, but the idea was there!

One of the all time CHAMPS at Planking is this guy:

Dwight Howard has the perfect plank form, and he has some of the oddest locations, so hands down,he is on top of his PLANK game!
It's kind of a no-brainer that a star athlete would excel in planking.  You have to have good muscle control and strength to get the perfect plank right? Right!

Send in some of your TWIT PICS of you PLANKING! I may do a plank and post it here!

Atlanta Hawks send the MAGIC packing..bye bye Gilbert & Dwight...!

While everybody was all geeked up over 'some dude's 'wedding overseas, the Hawks were taking care of business here at home!  Our Atlanta Hawks sent Dwight, Gilbert and the Magic home...and out of the 1st round of the Playoffs last night with a 84-81 victory!  Congrats to The Hawks!

This marks the end of a troubled season for Gilbert Arenas; traded from the town that made him a star, deal with some personal and professional strife, and fall well short of his task of helping Dwight Howard get back to the NBA Finals. On a brighter note, The Hawks move on to round 2.

Joe Johnson led the Hawks with 23 points and 10 rebounds (seven offensive), and he was joined in the double-double category by Al Horford's 10 points and 12 rebounds. Crawford and Williams added 19 points and 10 points, respectively.

The Hawks won the series, 4-2, and will now face the Chicago Bulls in the second round.
